CNC mechanical turning of mechanical components for third parties

The sector in which we are most specialized is the GUN SECTOR

In our turning department, we produce complex tube and bar components with diameters from Ø2mm to Ø65mm.

Turning operations with chip removal are carried out using CNC lathes with both fixed and sliding headstock.

We have various CNC lathes all equipped with advanced technology with up to 12 controlled axes and up to 12 motorized stations on the sliding headstocks and up to 15 on the fixed headstocks. Our machinery allows you to perform a wide range of CNC mechanical turning operations necessary in various sectors, such as traditional drilling, long drilling, transverse drilling, threading, embossing, tapping, and more.

Most of our lathes are connected to the CAD CAM system, which offers dynamic simulations, collision control, simplified data transfer and fast programming.
